Making music in a punk band can be difficult. Whether it's booking concerts, explaining this difficult word "punk rock" to friends and family, or finding listeners at all. The band Alight Havens knows these difficulties - and it encourages them to continue.

Their debut EP "Did you change at all?" sounds raw and courageous. The songs quickly make you forget that there are only three musicians at work. The lyrics seem open and give an insight into the thoughts of people who are just growing up. Melancholy, doubt, but also a certain stubbornness and trust in oneself. Music that goes to its limits and doesn't abide by rules - neither sound nor songwriting. The EP was produced and recorded by Jochen Stummbillig in Kaputtmacher Studio, who has worked with bands like Fjort, Van Holzen and Blackout Problems.

Alight Havens go their own way. For them the work and the passion for their music counts - and you can feel that not only on their EP, but also live.
