Making music in a punk band can be difficult. Whether it's booking concerts or finding listeners. Alight Havens know these difficulties - and it encourages them to continue. Their new Single "SLEEP" starts a new circle in their Band-history. It goes straight forward, but has a deep and slowed down message: Get some Sleep and don't lose nights by overthinking. The line "We keep losing us in talks, lonely nights drive us apart, counting days until we'll meet while you were falling asleep" forms the emotional climax of the song, in which all the energy unloads.
